As we are small, we only take on projects that we know we can resource within the required timeframes calling on external expertise; engineers, architects and contractors who are tried and tested. Having operated within the central South Island for the past two decades we bring together highly dependable design and construction individuals and form teams with specific experience to suit your project which will facilitate success.

Richard is an accomplished design and construction management professional. His experience in vertical building projects has been gained in New Zealand and in a range of offshore locations. It spans heritage, government/local authority, education, commercial, industrial, office, leisure and retail projects. 

From his background in architectural design, he has developed his career into project management both in the consulting client side and main contracting environment.

His skillset covers all phases of development from pre-construction early-stage design and feasibility, through contractor engagement and construction delivery.
